Flushing, NY United StatesHaving been diagnosed with IBS nearly 20 years ago, I have sought relief from virtually all products on the market--to no avail. Super Colon Cleanse is the only product that gives me the bulk and regularity that I have sought. It produces consistent, reliable, and effective results. Yes, the large number of capsules that must be taken daily may seem burdensome to some; but, the end result is certainly worth the inconvenience.

By Psyche (Ft. Bragg, NC USA) This is the first one I ever tried but when I ran out, I had a hard time finding it again. I tried several other colon cleanses with my quarterly fasting but none of them worked as well. As a mater of fact, some of them didn't work at all. I accidentally got one that didn't have acidophilus and that one really threw my body out of whack. I had stomach problems for a short while after and even got a yeast infection. Note: I have never taken these with food like some people do. It has always been with fasting and when starting back on foods I have to do it slowly. If I do have too much food right away, it tends to cleanse it out right away which toilet-bounds me for a couple of hours. I don't know if those who take it with food have the same problem.Works like a charm, January 29, 2009
By "RedSnapper" (MA USA) OK, OK, it is not a topic we like to discuss with strangers. But here it goes:I bought this product after being bound up for a week. I started Weight Watchers and my system was not used to so many veggies at once. I tried Metamucil, totally did not work and made the situation worse! I was in Trader Joe's and thought $9.99, why not give SCC a try. I started with 3 capsules to see if it would work. After about 3 days, boy did it work! I now take 4/5 at night. I can get away with 3 capsules also, but taking the full daily suggest amount, you'd never leave the restroom. Now I find that if I do not take these, I'm in trouble and bound up again after about 4 days of not taking them. I take the tables with the acidophilus in them and I think that is the key. I tried the same brand with out the acidophilus and it did not seem to work as well.
Verdict: Most of the people who use the product are happy with the results. Of course there are always some complaints, but we found Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse deserves 8 out of 10 stars.
