First time I ever did colon cleansing. Very easy to do with Bowtrol. I’ve been off of Bowtrol for over a month and continue to have regular bowel movements….sometimes two a day!

While it has only been a week, I have lost 4lbs and that bloated feeling without feeling cramped or gassy. I started with and continue with 4 pills nightly. The first 2 days were the worst and I would suggest staying close to a bathroom. By day 3, life was much more normal but these outrageous things were coming out of me. Not like the pictures you might see on the site but very much like mucous with an ungodly smell. The cleansing was recommended to me by my doctor with the family history I have and to assist in a weight loss trial program. While I have not started the diet program, the lbs have already begun to go. This may not be for everybody, but I will continue. Bowtrol works for me without the fasting.

………and my health has improved drastically! During my first bowel movement, ALOT of the junk inside my body that was making me bloated and tired has been eliminated. I began taking 4 tabs everyday for two weeks before bedtime, and then I changed my dosage to 6 before bedtime for about a month, and the results have been PHENOMENAL (Since I’ve cleaned most of the garbage from my system, every other month I take between 4 to 6 tabs for a week). I have MUCH more energy, and before taking Bowtrol I was having circulation problems in my legs that has since went away.
Since I’ve started to see the real effects of the product, I’ve completely changed my eating habits as well (after all, what’s the point of using a product like this if you DON’T change your eating and exercise habits?), and since the circulation problems in my legs has went away completely through regular use (besides my monthly routine, my regular routine is taking 4 to 6 tabs each day on weekends), this supplement has saved me doctor and hospital visits, and has ultimately saved my life. As long as Bowtrol is on the market, I’m a customer for life.

I have tried other products with no results. I got the information on Bowtrol from their web site and ordered on Amazon.
I was feeling very bloated and constipated every time I ate. I had a lump in my gut that didn’t want to move. It almost felt like if I didn’t go to the bathroom soon the stuff inside would come back into my stomach.
I have been using this for 3 months now and have lost 15 lbs. I was not concerned about loosing weight as much as wanting relief. After a month of use I have changed my diet to include at least 50% fresh raw food (veg and fruit, can’t stomach the idea of raw meat of any kind).
I researched the process of colon cleansing so I was aware of the symptoms to expect. As you clean out the colon of old fecal matter, the lining that allows nutrients to be absorbed into the body is cleared and will allow the toxins to get into the blood stream also and would make you feel sick until you get your colon cleaned out. I prepared for this by drinking more pure water, gentle extercise and getting more fresh veggies, fruits and raw nuts into my diet.
I also found on another web site the purpose of taking a 6 month colon cleanse versus a 7 day or 1 month cleanses. As you clean out your colon you need to give it time to heal and return to normal size and function.
After being on it for 1 month I got my husband to try it and he is doing very well. He is 53 years old and had the stregnth of a 75 year old. We have a family room and computer room in the basement and for the last year he stopped going down there because he could walk back up the stairs. He is now able to walk back up the stairs and is getting stronger every day.
All I know is it works and I am so glad I found this product.

I have been on this off and on for the past year…
I HIGHLY recommend starting small (say, one or two pills each night before bedtime) for a week…build up your stamina, thereafter, ingest at your own pace, but DO NOT exceed 4 or 5 pills a night (excessive diarrhea)…
Obviously, it produces diarrhea, and (when taken with a pro-biotic) makes you emit farting sounds (there, I said it) after a day or so of beginning use…
After about three or four weeks of constant use, lay off the pills for a week or so…you can tell when to lay off, because the diarrhea that issues becomes more loose with some “bloody” bits. Please allow your colon and sphincter muscle to heal…
You WILL lose some weight, not grandiose, but it does clean out your system…not sure though, if your body and intestines absorb healthy nutrients with this stuff…as food seems to “pass through” your intestines fairly quickly…
Like everything, do it in moderation…a little at a time…spend a month or two.
