I DID NOT do the whole cleanse with the olive oil & all that. I can see how it would be beneficial, but I don’t have that kind of time. So I took 3-4 pills per night with a bottle of water for a week. And drank more than enough water the next day. And MAN…did I get cleaned out!!!! I’m almost scared about how it would be if I DID do the olive oil part!!! Now I take 2 pills every night. Maybe 3 if I ate REALLY BAD that day. But water is key. If I don’t drink enough water, nothing really moves. I just ordered more the other day.

I’ve used CKLS for a cleanse once, about two years ago. The cleanse was great! I followed the entire program to the letter except the pre-cleanse, which I failed to read about before I started. Drinking the olive oil that accompanies the cleanse was intense but worth the effort in the end. As follow-up I did a raw diet for almost 60 days. I saw so much waste removed from my system, including gallstones and felt so light and naturally energetic as a result. The price is unbeatable considering the quality of the product and compared to other herbal cleanses. Veggie capsules are also used in this product. I’ve met the person who makes it and he and his staff are all beautiful human beings, health conscious and very interested in seeing a healthier humanity. The other herbs that are recommended during the post-cleanse period such as wormwood and some others should be taken as well. The entire program worked very well for me. I highly recommend it. In fact, I’m doing it again now.

I have been taking this product for about 5 years now. It keeps your colon clean, eliminates toxins and debris from the body, and makes you feel light and energetic naturally. I only take one every night with a large glass of water however if I overate that day or had a more carbs/junk food than usual I take 2 or 3, but on a regular basis all you need is 1 capsule if you eat a lot of salads, veggies, fruits, etc. I recommended this product to my friends and they swear by it as well. Wonderful product! I have personally taken the New Body Cleanse (CKLS & Olive Oil) a number of times. It helps me eliminate any waste from body and is very rejuvenating! I recommend this product (along with Spring Water and Natural Diet) for anyone who wants to clear all debris from their body!
