I have been using this product for 6 days now and have experienced no bad side effects so far. I suggest you follow the directions thoroughly, drink 8 glasses of water a day and you’ll be fine. It has helped keep me regulated and isn’t toooo strong where I would feel sick/dizzy/nauseas. I started taking it due to bathroom problems of being a bit “stuffed up” for several days at a time, and so far it’s helped keep me regulated without any bathroom problems of going too much or too little. I only take the Colonix supplement as I do not feel I need the paranil liver/colon detox, and I feel Colonix works just as good by itself than with the paranil pills. I say try it yourself and see how you react to it. If you’re feeling nauseas you need to drink more water. All in all, Colonix is a great product and I would recommend it to others.

If you’re looking to clean out waste products that have accumulated in your body over the years and improve your overall health, Colonix is a good start. It will keep you regular and help eliminate those harmful toxins that fester inside your intestines. However, you need to be sure to take lots of water afterward for it to work effectively, else you could become bloated or constipated. I’ve experienced much better health as of late since I began taking Colonix and having changed my diet. Of course, while this can help remedy some of your past and recurring diet mistakes, nothing is a sufficient alternative to eating healthy, real foods.
I have not taken Paranil or tried the Kleritea that are meant to accompany the fiber powder, but I have heard good things about them from others who have.
Footnote: Colonix is vegetarian-friendly and contains no sugar, thereby making it very compatible with a diverse range of potential users. Also, it may be difficult to stomach this if taken with water and seems it was never meant to be, so I would recommend to most users that they use it with their favorite juice(s).

got this when I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Have been using it ever since. Not gritty, perfect with orange juice.

I don’t know if using the whole kit would result in better ‘activity’, but I only did the colon cleanse, because I read that using that alone worked. In about three weeks, I did notice a bit of a change, but that was it. Better than using nothing, but next time I think I’ll try the whole system. I never got those cramps that ‘if I don’t find a bathroom now, find me a couch’ feeling, but I didn’t get a whole lot of ‘action’ either. I’ll definately try the whole system next time, that’s just how my body took to the Colonix Cleanse use only. Thanks
