This is the best internal flush that i have used….and i have tried many other “colon cleanses”, and this one doesn’t have any side affects that i have experienced. I have used this product for a couple of years off and on, anytime i feel the need to cleanse myself so to speak, and it works wonders. I recommend this product to anyone that wants to get rid of that bloated feeling. It is no miracle flush, you wont have extreme weight loss, but is a good side kick to any diet program.

Not to sound gross, but it promotes normal elimination with LARGER bowel movements. My skin has cleared and my energy level heightens after about a week of taking these supplements (as directed). In between cleanses, I take one a day to maintain regularity and when I need a really good cleanser, I follow the reccommended dosage. You will be pleased with your mid-section if you are looking to minimize bloating. These pills do the job!
