I find that this product is effective at 4 pills 2 times a day. That’s a great deal of pills to swallow. I must gulp water to get them down, but the product is effective. I find that the product works best if taken with liquid on an empty stomach, then wait at least an hour before eating. I have not had any issues with my stomach being upset. I went off of the product in August for two weeks after 1 month on and found that I had to get right back on it again. I have slowly taken myself off of it, as directed, and had ‘less than even sluggish’ events by my own body. Back to the norm, I thought. I will consult with my doctor on that but the product does what it claims. Perhaps the SuperCleanse would require fewer pills.

This is the best fiber/cleanse supplement I have ever tried. I suffer with IBS and have many colon problems that run in my family. This product has saved my life! It does not cramp you up like laxatives do, and it really pretty gentle if you find your correct dosage. The price is right too! I highly recommend this product.

I’ve tried the more expensive version of other brands at $60 – $80, before i switched to this brand. it works fabulously, keeps me regular every day, even on the days i occasionally forgot to take the pill. After the end of the cycle, it kept to be effective and i have been pretty regular ever since, it has been over 2 month now. i plan to take the pills again in anther month or so. if you are looking for something that can help you restore regularity, without breaking your pocket, this is it.

I started using this product 2 years ago. It gave me immediate result. It was effective and gentle enough not to upset your system. Every 6-8 months or so when my body starts to show signs of weakness and being sluggish due to toxin buildup, I would go through one cleansing cycle with it.

It is only my second day taking this and I’ve only had the morning dose today so far and I’ve had 3 good bms already today and it’s only 10:40 am. This is great. I never have bms that are easy to pass. It may not be so great for someone at work, but I am at home and it’s just fine with me. Someone working may want to only take half tablets. Did I mention I love this product? Thank you Ultimate Cleanse!!!

This product worked just as stated in the review and description, you take it as directed and it does what it suppose to do, you can always adjust it according to your lifestyle since it makes you go to the bathroom few times a day. I didn’t need to take more pills, with 2 in the morning and 2 at night was enought. It is a good product if you use it as directed and with care. It does causes some mild cramps to the abdomen area but hey it is working in your intestines so you can’t expect not to feel anything. But overall it is good and I personally recommended to those that want to give it a try. I would be buying a new package for my aunt who suffers from constipation. Good luck all!

The Ultimate Cleanse is the best detox product I have ever used. Now four months from the first day I took the 30 day cleanse and three months from my last dose I am still feeling energetic, and have three movements a day. Not safe to take for long periods and not necessary either.
I recommend this product to my clients when appropriate. It is slow and gentle and works with the body to release layers of toxic debris from cells, organs, glands and digestive system, while it adds support to the systems.
